From 24th to 27th July 2025, the FSI Ho Chi Minh City branch embarked on a special journey to Nam Du Archipelago to celebrate its 10th anniversary – marking a decade of sustainable growth, relentless innovation, and a deeply rooted spirit of unity.
More than just a commemorative trip, the 3-day, 2-night getaway served as a chance to recharge, strengthen team bonds, and spark fresh inspiration for the journey ahead.
Nam Du – A Symphony of Nature and the Spirit of Togetherness
Among countless options for this meaningful celebration, FSI HCMC chose Nam Du – one of the most beautiful island destinations in the southwest of Vietnam – not for glamour, but for its raw beauty, purity, and its deep connection with nature.
Nam Du is neither loud nor ostentatious. Instead, it offers a tranquil, untouched natural landscape: deep blue waters, long stretches of white sand, a crystal-clear sky, and rare, pure air. Coastal roads hugging the sea, coconut groves swaying over rocky shores, and the salty ocean breeze – all blend into a natural symphony that awakens the senses.
For FSI HCMC, choosing Nam Du was not merely about going somewhere far. It was a journey towards connection – between people and nature, colleagues and friends, individuals and the wider FSI family. Exploring the island by motorbike offered a sense of freedom as teams rode along spectacular coastal routes. Riding through lush forests and alongside pristine beaches, team members immersed themselves in nature, leaving stress behind and discovering new perspectives – about both the world and themselves.
The canoe fishing activity brought colleagues even closer to the sea. Every tug of the fishing rod wasn’t just a simple thrill – it became a moment of connection, excitement, and shared laughter.
Paddleboarding (SUP) – an unmissable highlight – allowed participants to find calm amidst the vast ocean. The balance it required became a metaphor for mental focus, while also offering a rare feeling of inner peace and freedom.
A vibrant mix of team-building games and quiet relaxation created a perfectly balanced experience – where each individual could embrace their unique spirit, yet contribute to the collective strength of FSI.
