As the first wheels turned on FSI’s 2025 annual trip towards Sầm Sơn, it wasn’t simply a break from the office. We set off with a renewed mindset: ready to “all in” – to give our best, and together “go win” – to achieve what matters most: understanding, connection, and true team spirit.
More than a holiday – a collective test of unity
FLC Sầm Sơn may be a familiar destination to many, yet this year’s trip brought a completely different spirit. Carefully planned by the Board of Directors – from organisation to content – the trip was more than a reward for a year of hard work. It was a way for FSI to cultivate its team through authentic experiences in a setting without titles, departments, or hierarchies – only team-mates.
Right from the ice-breaker games on the coach, members began to shed their layers, step back from personal ego, and blend into the collective. We came to realise that sometimes, a smile, a handshake, or a look of encouragement is enough to bridge the distance between strangers.

Teambuilding “All in – Go win”: No individual glory, only shared success
On the first afternoon, the beach of Sầm Sơn witnessed a new side of FSI. Under the scorching sun, hands remained firmly clasped through three demanding challenges: “Tower Build”, “Team Water Relay”, and “The Carrier” – each designed to push our physical limits and team coordination.

Some teams were knocked out from the start. Some stumbled mid-way. But no one gave up. Because at FSI, no one is ever left behind. That moment of overcoming personal limits with your team – that’s when we truly understood: “Go win” is not about beating others, but about surpassing yourself.

Sportday: When resilience meets strategy and team spirit
The following morning, the energy only rose higher with FSI’s Sportday. On the grass pitch, beneath thunderous cheers, thrilling turnarounds unfolded in events such as tug of war and the paired sack race. One team rose from bottom to top of the leaderboard, powered by their leader’s tactical thinking and collective determination.
We realised then that, as in work, victory requires more than individual strength – it demands leadership, trust, discipline, and seamless collaboration.

Gala Dinner: Where hearts connect through laughter and authenticity
That evening, Gala Night unfolded like a concert of emotions. From self-produced performances and hilariously outrageous fashion shows, to a surprise game of “undercover spy” – all job titles seemed to vanish.
It was one of those rare occasions when we saw our senior leaders being the most playful of all. And it was the first time that the quietest among us shone the brightest. We discovered a passionate, vibrant FSI inside each of us – simply waiting to be awakened.

The leadership of FSI: Not giving out prizes, but providing the space to grow
More than just a retreat, the trip was a testament to FSI’s vision: we are not only building a company – we are building a united collective, where everyone is empowered to grow, connect, and shine.

The attention to detail from the leadership – from thoughtful organisation to their full participation in every activity – reflected a spirit of genuine companionship. At FSI, there is no distinction between boss and employee – only one team: those willing to go the distance together.
All in – Go win: A culture, a choice, and the future of FSI
The trip has come to an end, but its spirit remains: in the radiant smiles, in tight embraces, in the renewed determination ignited by every shared moment.
“All in – Go win” is not merely a motto for a company trip. It is a way of living, a corporate culture that FSI has embraced, and will continue to uphold across every arena – from the office to the market, from our products to our people.
Because once we dare to go all in for one another – nothing is impossible.
