On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the FSI Trade Union extend their deepest gratitude to families who have contributed to the revolutionary cause—especially to FSI employees whose loved ones are recognized as war invalids or martyrs.
Honoring Through Sincere Action
War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day is a moment for us all to pause and solemnly remember the sacrifice of generations who laid down their lives for the independence, freedom, and territorial integrity of our nation. It is also a time to reflect on and spread the spirit of “When drinking water, remember its source”—a noble tradition deeply embedded in Vietnamese culture, and one that the FSI collective always holds close with the utmost respect.
To honor this occasion, the company’s Trade Union prepared thoughtful gifts for employees whose parents or parents-in-law are war invalids or martyrs. These small tokens carry great meaning—they represent the heartfelt appreciation and reverence of the FSI community for the families who have been strong pillars, nurturing, encouraging, and inspiring today’s generation.
Visits and Connection – Spreading Gratitude
On this year’s War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Thủy – Deputy General Director, along with Ms. Đỗ Thị Thu Thủy – Chairwoman of the Trade Union, and members of the Executive Committee, visited and presented gifts to families of FSI employees whose relatives were honored as war invalids or martyrs, including:
- The family of Mrs. Vũ Thị Mai – mother of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hà (Department of Technology and Integrated Management)
- The family of Mr. Trịnh Quang Thạch – father of Mr. Trịnh Quang Tài (Center for Digital Transformation Operations and Implementation)

Each visit was filled with genuine emotion. More than just words of comfort, these moments served as heartfelt connections between FSI and the families of its employees—families that have long upheld a spirit of patriotism passed down through generations.
In addition, the FSI Trade Union Executive Committee also presented commemorative gifts—small yet meaningful—expressing sincere gratitude to several other staff members whose family members were war invalids or martyrs.

Upholding Traditions – Embracing the Future
Through each small act of remembrance, FSI seeks to help preserve and carry forward the noble traditions left by our forebears. This spirit is not only honored during commemorative occasions, but is also deeply embedded in FSI’s corporate culture—serving as a compass to guide the company in building a workplace grounded in humanity and responsibility.
Ms. Đỗ Thị Thu Thủy – Chairwoman of the Trade Union – affirmed:
“Gratitude is not only something we say—it’s something we must live out every day, in how we work, how we treat others, and how we serve.”
The FSI Board of Directors and Trade Union would like to extend heartfelt wishes of health and happiness to all employees and their families. May we all continue to uphold and spread the noble values of compassion, dedication, and gratitude in both life and work.
