On 27 September, FSI came together to celebrate a truly special occasion – Men’s Day – an event meticulously organised by the ladies of FSI as a heartfelt token of gratitude to the gentlemen who always stand by their side with companionship, support and affection.

Over 30 Days of Preparation for FSI’s First Men’s Day
At FSI, every special day for women such as 8 March or 20 October has always been marked by familiar scenes: the men busily taking charge of every detail – from programmes to gifts – all dedicated to the ladies. Despite their demanding workload, they have never failed to show appreciation and care for the women of FSI.
In response to that affection, the FSI ladies came together with an idea: to create FSI Men’s Day – a truly special day dedicated to the men, as a profound gesture of gratitude for their constant companionship and support.
From Ideas to Finances – Nothing Too Difficult for the “FSI Ladies”
Men’s Day was carefully prepared by the FSI women, from brainstorming ideas, planning surprises, to organising the event and even managing the budget. On ordinary days they may appear simple and modest, yet on this special day one could truly see how many “patronesses” FSI has, ready to go all out to ensure the men’s celebration was complete and meaningful.
Each lady took on a different role – from office workers transformed into chefs, singers, professional dancers – united in their efforts to deliver an unforgettable Men’s Day.
“Having such heartfelt affection is already wonderful. But the ladies of FSI are not only rich in emotions, they are also quite generous with their finances,” laughed one of the FSI men in admiration of the women’s commitment.
The Courageous Effort to Keep a Secret
The ladies came up with a special plan: Men’s Day would not be announced publicly or hinted at beforehand. Instead, the event was disguised under the name of a “Special Training Session”. This secrecy was not easy – how could they rehearse songs and dances every day without the men noticing?
As the saying goes: two women together make a marketplace, and keeping secrets is perhaps the only challenge for them. Yet, more than 50 women of FSI achieved what seemed impossible. They restrained themselves in conversations, practised patiently late at night, and delivered “Oscar-worthy” performances so convincing that the men truly believed it was only a training session.

The Smiles of FSI’s Gentlemen on a Special Day
After more than a month of preparation, FSI Men’s Day officially took place on 27 September at Tree Farm Coffee & Glamping – an intimate venue surrounded by nature. The event carried a very special theme: “The world needs food, and the FSI ladies need you.” Just as food is an indispensable part of life, the men of FSI are an irreplaceable part of the women’s lives.
In the eyes of the FSI ladies, the smiles of their male colleagues mean more than any material value. That is why, instead of luxurious gifts or extravagant settings, FSI Men’s Day was celebrated with a unique spirit: warm, humorous and full of closeness.
A series of team-bonding games – carefully “plotted” by the ladies for over a month – truly came to life, bringing endless laughter to the men. Winning or losing no longer mattered, as joy and shared happiness filled the entire Men’s Day atmosphere.

Men’s Day concluded with a feast lovingly prepared by the skilful hands of FSI’s ladies. The entire FSI team gathered around steaming hotpots, like a warm family reunion set against the tranquil, green backdrop of Hanoi’s outskirts.
From colleagues to family, from a company to a second home
FSI’s very first Men’s Day was celebrated in full, filled with the laughter and joy of the gentlemen. Among the members of FSI, there seemed to be no boundaries – between the ladies and the men, between the younger staff and the senior leaders.
That is always the spirit at FSI. Though such a special occasion requires no small amount of time and effort to prepare, every detail was joyfully carried out with heartfelt affection and deep appreciation for the other half of the team. These simple yet profound moments are what make FSI truly unique – a place where colleagues are cherished as family.
At FSI, it is never just about work. It is about a second family – where support, care, and sharing create warmth, making every working day feel like coming home.
The first Men’s Day came to a close with plenty of laughter, happiness, and unforgettable memories, marking the start of what will surely become a meaningful annual tradition in the FSI family – a day to honour the men.
