Offline data entry

From paper documents such as forms, magazines, catalogs, dictionaries, advertisements, letters, letters, … of customers, FSI specialists enter electronic data.

Data entry method

Depending on the required content, the programmer will build an data entry program according to one of the following two data entry methods:

  PT1. Enter double data entry independently

Through the program, data is entered twice independently by two different data processing technicians. The program automatically compares two results to filter out difference data. The highest rate of difference in these two steps is only 7%. The third technician will check for 100% discrepancy data and correct it completely against the original document.

PT2. Enter once and proofread

FSI technicians import document content into the database through a specially built import program. From this program, the second technician will check and compare 100% of the imported data content with the original document to correct the error.

• Test data

Data from the two above input methods will be checked randomly from 5% – 12% by a quality control specialist. Data after going through this stage will reach an accuracy of 99.99%. The quality assurance department is responsible for inspecting all stages of data processing from program development to data entry and control to ensure the process is implemented according to ISO 9001: 2015.

• Data rendering and transfer

The final data is exported into files in formats such as: .txt, .doc, .rtf or pdf, html, xml … depending on customers’ requirements. FSI will transfer the files containing data in the form of CDs, DVDs, upload them to FTP Server, or upload to a website. At the same time, FSI also returns paper documents to customers along with digital images.

Online data entry

In this service, FSI specialists enter directly on the website or online database of the customer via internet connection or VPN virtual private network. With a team of professionals specially trained for each project, FSI is completely confident in bringing customers accuracy and high speed.
