On March 1, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and FSI Technology Development and Trading Investment ., JSC – branch in Ho Chi Minh City, had a critical cooperation signing ceremony. This partnership will bring practical benefits to both sides in training to implement and develop high-quality human resources.
Training high-quality human resources is the noble mission of universities.
In the strategy of sustainable education development, the connection between schools and agencies, organizations, and businesses always plays a vital role in serving the school’s training goals in an application-oriented way to help students have practical experiences. Especially in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, universities nowadays have to face the problem of finding solutions and new directions in training activities.
Aware of this problem, Ho Chi Minh City Open University trusted and selected FSI Ho Chi Minh City Technology., JSC as a partner, aiming for a curriculum & professional training environment, updating and suitable to the current scenes.

The signing ceremony was successfully held on the afternoon of March 1, 2022, under the witness of representatives from FSI company Mr. Bui Ngoc Binh – Deputy Director of FSI HCM, Ms. Tran Le Y Nhi – Secretary of the Committee Director, Ms. Tran Huynh Thuy Tien – Human Resources Department; On behalf of the school’s leaders, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang – Vice-Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Open University. Ho Chi Minh, Assoc. Dr. Le Thanh Tung – Vice Dean of Faculty of Economics and Public Management, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Head of Department of Student Affairs.
