FSI’s recognition as the top employer of choice by employees in 2022 by CareerBuilder Vietnam is a clear testament to its commitment that “people are the most valuable asset”.
The “Most Attractive Employer” survey is an annual online survey conducted by CareerBuilder Vietnam, a subsidiary of CareerBuilder USA, the world’s largest employment and recruitment network, to assess and analyze the views of Vietnamese workers on their favorite employers, as well as the factors that make up an ideal employer, and reference factors that influence the decision to take a job.
To ensure the transparency and reliability of the results, the survey was conducted by CareerBuilder Vietnam with the support of methodological assistance from Amco Vietnam market research company. The survey ran from November 28, 2022, to January 9, 2023, and attracted the participation of 18,956 respondents from across the country.
In addition, recognizing the importance of each member to the development of an organization, this year’s survey also honored a new category, “Employee-Chosen Employer”.
Overcoming the strict evaluation of the organizing committee in many aspects, along with the trust of many generations of employees who have been and are collaborating throughout the 15-year journey of developing, FSI – Top 10 IT Enterprises providing digital transformation solutions in Vietnam has been honored to rank first in the category “Employee-Chosen Employer” (for enterprises with a workforce of up to 500 employees).
