In the afternoon of October 10, 2016, FSI has the honor of welcoming Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh – Outstanding entrepreneur in Ho Chi Minh Era – sharing the strategy of “Changing mindsets for great success” with all officers and employees of FSI.

As a successful entrepreneur, with a lot of experience in working in big companies and groups, Ms. Binh openly shared her knowledge and experience gained during her work. As a result, the talks about method of changing working mindsets and attitudes, observation ability, and some other necessary skills for workers have drawn the attention and received active response among all officers and employees of FSI.

Also in the training, she introduced practical lessons on applying the learnt knowledge, helping participants understand and apply them to their job immediately after the training.
With her enthusiasm and complete dedication to the training, Ms. Binh had “fired” all of FSI officers and employees, changing their mindsets immediately in the training, making them have completely different perspective of their abilities, thinking, human and especially their behavior towards customers.
