On October 5, 2025, FSI Technology Investment, Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (FSI) organized a comprehensive annual health check-up program for all employees in the Hanoi area. This activity is a regular part of the company’s employee welfare policy, reflecting FSI’s commitment to building a sustainable working environment where people are at the heart of development.

Caring for employee health affirms the value that “people are the most valuable asset of an enterprise”
Unlike previous years when health checks were conducted at a single centralized location, this year FSI made special efforts to improve convenience by arranging multiple check-up points at reputable medical facilities across the region. This allowed employees to choose a location that best suited their residence or work schedule, reducing travel time and minimizing disruption to their daily routines.

As is customary, blood tests as part of the comprehensive check-up required employees to fast beforehand. Aware of this inconvenience, the company thoughtfully arranged nutritious breakfast servings right at the clinic after the initial tests. At many sites, breakfast areas were neatly set up with fresh milk, hot porridge, and soft pastries — creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for participants.

The entire health check-up process was methodically organized, covering all essential categories: general internal examination, blood pressure measurement, electrocardiogram (ECG), abdominal ultrasound, liver and kidney function tests, vision tests, blood and urine analyses. The Administration – Human Resources Department worked closely with medical staff throughout the program, constantly updating schedules, guiding employees through procedures, and promptly addressing all concerns — ensuring a seamless and attentive experience.

FSI’s Culture: Long-term Commitment to Employees
Regular health care is not only a matter of physical well-being but also a core part of FSI’s sustainable human resource development strategy. In today’s demanding work environment where high focus and productivity are essential, safeguarding employee health is the foundation for maintaining long-term work performance.

Looking beyond annual health check-ups, FSI is committed to expanding initiatives that enhance both the physical and mental well-being of its employees — from nutrition and fitness to mental health — with the aim of building a professional, compassionate, and inspiring workplace culture.
