On November 6th, 2022, the 15th anniversary of FSI’s establishment with the theme “Overcoming all difficulties, raising value” took place with the participation of guests who were advisors, customers, partners, parents and all FSI’s staff.
A story inspired by Vietnamese bamboo
To mark the special milestone of 15 years of establishment and development of FSI, the anniversary celebration with the theme “Overcoming all difficulties – Raising value” was inspired by Vietnamese bamboo – a tree representing Vietnamese people with 5 noble qualities: Solidarity, loyalty, indomitable, industrious, and patience.
The journey of FSI’s development was also like a bamboo tree: overcoming difficulties, building good core values, completing the internal business, up to the present time, FSI has rapid development steps, bringing a lot of value to customers and the community.
Sharing about the start-up journey, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Bao, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of the first founders said: “15 years ago, FSI was started from aspirations and nostalgia. A dream of young people, passionate about technology, carrying the simple desire to contribute to society, contribute practical values to Vietnamese organizations and businesses to reach the international level with digital technology.”
Proud of the pieces that have created FSI
Looking back on the 15 years of establishment and development, FSI has passed many memorable milestones. From a fledgling business that started with 3 founding members, trading in office machine products, then expanded its activities, researched technology solutions in the field of digitization, digital transformation, with data centric methodology.
Experiencing many difficulties and challenges, FSI has always overcomed the storms to continue to grow strongly, affirming its solid position in the Top 10 Digital Transformation Enterprises in Vietnam. In order to contribute to the creation of the current FSI, it was the creative spirit that always innovates, dares to think, turns “danger” into “opportunity” which was the guideline to help FSI overcome difficult periods and achieve spectacular breakthrough.
Through this program, the Company sent special gratitude to customers, partners, advisors, employees, and families and relatives of all employees who have accompanied FSI for the past 15 years. Mr. Nguyen Khoa Bao said that, in addition to building himself a leading brand in the field of digital transformation, the most pride after 15 years of FSI for Mr. Bao was to build a team of leaders. talented advisors, a team of highly qualified, enthusiastic and professional leaders and personnel who were always united together.
Coming to the 15th anniversary program, not only advisors, customers, partners, close associates, staffs from both regions but also the attendance of fathers, mothers, husbands and wives of FSI employees, who have always trusted, supported and were a solid ground for each FSI employee to feel secure to complete their work. This was also a beauty in the gratitude culture of FSI people themselves.
Closing history – opening ambitious future of FSI’s integration
A 15-year journey was not long, not short but was a memorable milestone, marking the next important transformation of FSI. The ceremony event not only helped officials, friends and partners to better understand the proud history of the business, but also brought exciting orientations about FSI’s development future.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hung Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FSI shared about the next 5-year goal of the company: “With effort, creativity and determination, we will bring the FSI brand to the Top 10 units providing digital transformation solutions Southeast Asia and is the leading provider of ecosystems for construction, processing and exploiting data in the country. At the same time, continue to maintain revenue growth and profit 20-25% annually in the period 2022-2027. Constantly improving the operating and management system of the business in a professional, modern and effective way, and soon making FSI a public company with a high reliable index”.
In order to achieve the goal of integration and strong growth in the next 5 years, each FSI person had to be open-minded, to constantly learn to upgrade knowledge and skills, thereby adapting changes and became the person who successfully completed the assigned tasks. At the same time, proactively engaged in new tasks, new challenges, to help the company to grow stronger. And finally, members needed to unite and determine in practicing 5 core values of the organization.
Work hard-Play hard
Sharing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Hung Son said that FSI-ers always did their best and played hard. Not only at work, at any activity, FSI members also show their dedication, seriousness and effort with 100% of their strength.
Coming to this year’s event, FSI-ers have shown that clearly when they make a thoughtful, professional event. In addition to the emotionally meaningful programs about the past journey, guests were also impressed with the unique and elaborate music from the employees of the South and the North. The repertoire recreated the past 15 years and FSI of the present, and burned hard and expressed the spirit of the FSI – ers who did their best, played hard with that performance.
Closing the great anniversary of 15th FSI’s establishment, the event left many memories and impressive moments for attendance. All staff, partners and advisors were motivated to trust and devote their best to the goals of FSI in the future, ready for new challenges, new opportunities of Integration era – “FSI and the world”.
