On October 15 & 16, 2022, FSI’s 15th-anniversary sports festival was successfully held at the Thien Phu Lam ecotourism area with the participation of 100 FSI employees and leaders. This sports festival brought many unforgettable impressions to everyone!
For the first time, the sports festival at FSI has had a military style
“Unlimited” was the first sports festival program at FSI built with military style. Employees would transform into soldiers to conquer all challenges set by the organizing committee in turn.
Thien Phu Lam, the largest natural pine forest ecotourism area in Hanoi was selected as the venue for the event. FSI’s employees were not only engaged in the cool weather, and majestic natural space but also in a suitable place for the organizers to build the scenario challenges.
With the criterion “Discipline is the strength of the army”, the regulations of the Sports Festival were announced and received the consent of 100% of the participating employees. First of all, the regulations on time and manners, at exactly 6 am on October 15, 2022, the FSI platoon was fully present at the Lam Vien building and gathered into 4 squads with the leadership of each squad, commander, platoon vice-captain. 100% of the soldiers were ready with their personal belongings.
Mr. Vu Chi Loi – Platoon 2nd – Platoon Leader shared: “This was the first time I have been assigned the task of leading and managing my squad during the sports festival. Everyone was happy, nervous, and worried because the regulations were very strict, just being subjective would be punished with push-ups for the whole team. “
FSI soldiers completely “role” at Thien Phu Lam “barracks”
Coming to Thien Phu Lam, the FSI platoon brought a dignified atmosphere and absolute military style. Each squad chanted their team’s name and slogan with all their determination and solidarity to conquer all the challenges ahead. In particular, the whole platoon must read an oath to commit to all regulations during the sports festival.
The marching route was nearly 3km – the thought of becoming “gentle” was difficult
Immediately after the end of the swearing-in and warm-up, the 4 platoons immediately embarked on the operation. At the winding road alternating between the flat road and the mountains, each team must find their way according to the diagram of the commander-in-chief, and conquer 4 challenging stages to receive the tools to build the “base” of the tent.
Each challenge station was a burst of laughter. All 4 teams wanted to complete the challenge as quickly as possible to gain the lead and collect loot for their base. It was a lot of fun, so sometimes they “forgot” that they were marching. Even marching nearly 3 km didn’t seem arduous enough, so there were still 2/4 of the platoon straying to the edge of the forest with full confidence until being informed… that the wrong way.
Reaching the finish line with extremely close results, all 4 teams continued to start building tents for their platoon, each with a job from ideation, tent construction, tent decoration, and lesson preparation, presentation on tents…
